• Working with the sites and Area Coordinators to insure expediting of contracted work is done.
• Preparing cost analysis reports on the services we purchase and making recommendations based on cost, type and quality of products/services ordered.

• Issuing purchase orders, using our in-house systems in adherence to Boardwalk’s policy
• Requesting and comparing competitive bids

Experience and Educational Requirements:
• Knowledge of French is an asset
• Post secondary education preferred
Technical Requirements:

Non- Resident Customer Service Representative

Location: Boardwalk EstatesClassification: Full Time
Reports To: Area Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
• Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
• Collect rent and follow up on defaults
• Ensure vacancy is within guidelines for each site (minimized) by effective service to potential and existing customers
• Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
• Lease and show suites
• Ensure all rental enquires are answered within the guidelines provided
• Annual suite inspections
• Prepare and deliver bank deposits
• Administrative duties including processing paperwork for site and other Associates
• Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as pre conditions of the contract
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
• Snow removal as needed
• Touch-up painting as required
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator
Experience and Educational Requirements:
• 2 years Customer Service Experience preferred
Technical Requirements:
• Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service

Security / Night Associate

Location: Alexander PlazaClassification: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Be a visual presence on site to ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
• Site visits, patrol on foot exterior and interior property. Inspect all walkways, stairs, water drainage on side of building, building numbers, vacant ground level apartments, trees, tool shed, gravel boxes, benches, office/maintenance shop, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, entrances and exits.
• Ensure all signs are clearly visible and do not need any repairs.
• Inspect parking areas, Look for damaged or abandoned vehicles, license plates with expired plates, or missing plates, visitor parking, pot holes
• Replace burnt out lights as needed.
• Pick up garbage
• Snow removal as required
• Touch-up painting as required
• Phone check in with Customer Service
• Ensure Image Wear is clean, neat and recognizable to customers
• Complete all reports and sent them to AC daily
• Ensure all correspondence with Customers is noted in Tenant Memo field
• Respond to lock out, noise complaints, On Call Maintenance assistance
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator
• Must have valid Drivers license and vehicle.
