The Resident.Bwalk.Com website allows Boardwalk residents to view their own Boardwalk account history, request maintenance and/or communicate with Boardwalk's Customer Service Department. Non-Boardwalk residents do not have access to the log in section of the Resident.Bwalk.Com website.
Boardwalk residents have password protected access to their own account information on the Resident.Bwalk.Com website. When a Boardwalk resident logs on to their own account, the Resident.Bwalk.Com website displays all lease, account history and contact information about that resident, including name, address and phone number.
If a Resident.Bwalk.Com customer submits a customer service request, a maintenance request, a question or a comment using any of the Resident.Bwalk.Com on-line forms, that customer's name and contact information is also automatically sent to Boardwalk's Customer Service Department along with the request. We also receive the information gathered as described in Point #1 "For all visitors to www.bwalk.com."
