Boardwalk Community Services

As Canada’s largest provider of rental accommodation, Boardwalk is keenly aware of our social responsibility. We are pleased to be the only landlord with a Director of Community Development and Social Services.

We have an internally funded rental subsidy program that allows us to waive rental increases for customers that are experiencing financial hardship.

We also foster collaboration with several social service agencies to assist in providing affordable housing.

Boardwalk is very proud of the extensive volunteer effort demonstrated by our many associates.

Community Services is also involved with the
Boardwalk Retirement Community.
