Cleaning Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
  • Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
  • Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms and any other common areas as required
  • Clean vacant suites and other suite touch-ups as required
  • Interior and exterior garbage pick-up as required
  • Snow removal
  • Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
  • Ensure all equipment is working and being maintained properly
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 2 years Cleaning Experience preferred

Technical Requirements:

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
  • Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
  • Collect rent and follow up on defaults
  • Ensure vacancy is within guidelines for each site (minimized) by effective service to potential and existing customers
  • Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
  • Lease and show suites
  • Ensure all rental enquires are answered within the guidelines provided
  • Annual suite inspections
  • Prepare and deliver bank deposits
  • Administrative duties including processing paperwork for site and other Associates
  • Ensure contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and complete their work as pre conditions of the contract
  • Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
  • Snow removal
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Area Coordinator

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 2 years Customer Service Experience preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Computer experience is required with web based programs preferred

  • Snow and ice removal, sanding and salting, completion of snow and ice removal logs

  • Ensure all trees, hedges, and flowerbeds are free of weeds and trimmed
  • Parking lots: sweep, wash, lines and keep all catch basins clear of foreign debris
  • Fences: repaired and/or stained as necessary

  • Spring clean-up: hazard line painting, irrigation start-up, power washing, planting, etc. as determined by the spring landscaping plan

Job Title: Landscaping Associate – Level 2 (Bobcat Operator)
Reports to: Area Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide training on the proper operation and maintenance of all landscaping equipment, specifically Bobcats and heavy equipment (tractors, sweepers, small and large bobcats)
  • Ability to operate the Bobcat and also perform regular maintenance and tune-ups to the bobcat and attachments
  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
  • Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
  • Ensure site cleanliness, by picking up all garbage around the site and assisting at other sites as required
  • Remove heavy furniture, garbage and appliances from suites and around site as required
  • Complete Customer Request’s For Maintenance (CRFM’s) as required
  • Snow and ice removal, sanding and salting, completion of snow and ice removal logs

  • Professional training and experience with landscaping equipment (example: Bobcats)

Technical Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
  • Driver’s license required
  • Ability to operate a Bobcat and train others to do so in a safe manner
  • Ability to operate smaller equipment including sweepers, lawn mowers, snow blowers and small tractors

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a crew of Landscaping Associates, planning workloads and organizing team projects
  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of the Landscaping Associate duties
  • Assist in training new Landscaping Associates and providing guidance to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
  • Provide training on the proper operation and maintenance of all landscaping equipment
  • Liaise with the Area Coordinator to provide updates on the condition of the sites and report any needs or concerns pertaining to the sites and the Associates
  • Responsible for transporting equipment and Associates to various sites as required

  • Ability to effectively drive a ¾ ton (4 x 4) Supercab truck with a trailer (up to 20 feet in length) – subject to successful driving test
  • Ability to operate smaller equipment including sweepers, lawn mowers, snow blowers and small tractors

Security/Night Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our customers
  • Site visits, patrol on foot exterior and interior property. Inspect all walkways, stairs, water drainage on side of building, building numbers, vacant ground level apartments, trees, tool shed, gravel boxes, benches, office/maintenance shop, garbage bins, fire hydrants, lights, recreational areas, entrances and exits.
  • Ensure all signs are clearly visible and do not need any repairs.
  • Inspect parking areas, Look for damaged or abandoned vehicles, license plates with expired plates, or missing plates, visitor parking, pot holes
  • Replace burnt out lights as needed.
  • Pick up garbage
  • Snow removal
  • Phone check in with Customer Service
  • Ensure Image Wear is clean, neat and recognizable to customers
  • Complete all reports and sent them to AC daily
