BUILDING DESCRIPTION AND AMENITIES Christie Point Apartments are located in the View Royal area of Greater Victoria on a picturesque Waterfront, approximately 5 kilometers west of the downtown area of Victoria. The site is located on a peninsula of land, which extends into Portage Inlet off the north end of Craigowan Road. Christie Point is made up of 4 Townhouse Buildings and 5 Two-storey Apartment Buildings. Included on site just for our Christie customers is: a heated outdoor pool, a canoe rack, a community garden, and a community room you can book free of charge for birthday parties and meetings. Townhouses: The unit contains a kitchen area adjoining a dining/living room combination with a door leading to a patio area. There are also hookups for tenants to provide their own washer & dryer. Apartments: These units include a kitchen, living and dining room. Washer & Dryer facilities are available in each building. GENERAL INFORMATION Heat and water are included in the rent.
