The Residence Le Quatre Cent, designed especially for autonomous retired people, consists of a 16-floor concrete building including two elevators and a laundry room on each floor.
SERVICES
At Le Quatre Cent several services are available to you including a restaurant with a dining room, a convenience store, a home theater, a pharmacy, a beauty salon and hairdresser, as well as a nursing service 24 hours a day and a doctor once a week.
A chapel, library and Internet café are also available to the tenants. A laundry room is open on every floor, 7 days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm.

Bordered by the Rivière des Prairies, Le Quatre Cent is built on a peninsula in Laval. The omnipresence of the water, the arrangement of the banks, and the boardwalk which surrounds it makes a peaceful place located in a magnificent environment.
