Storage rooms and balconies are available in some suites. BUILDING AMENITIES Boardwalk Estates Central is both a family and adult community with clean, quiet and well maintained buildings. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor of each building. The buildings also have security entrances. NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES Boardwalk Estates Central is close to bus routes, downtown, Cornwall Shopping Centre, General Hospital, University Of Regina and other amenities. Major roads nearby are Albert Street, Broad Street, Victoria Avenue and 13th Avenue. GENERAL INFORMATION Heat, water and one outside energized parking stall are included in the rent. Small, quiet pets are permitted with a $25 per month, non-refundable pet fee (per pet), pending approval of pet application. Seniors only pay a $299.00 security deposit. LEASE TERMS Twelve month lease terms are available for new and current tenants (if eligible).
