Storage rooms are available in some suites. BUILDING AMENITIES Boardwalk Estates West is both a family and adult community with clean, quiet and well maintained buildings. Laundry facilities are located on the main floor of each building. The buildings also have security entrances. NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES Boardwalk Estates West is close to bus routes, schools, Rosemont Shopping Centre, walk in Medical Centre, and Pasqua Hospital. Major roads nearby are Lewvan Drive, Dewdney Avenue, 4th Avenue. GENERAL INFORMATION Heat, water and one outside energized parking stall are included in the rent. Small, quiet pets are permitted with a $25 per month, non-refundable pet fee (per pet), pending approval of pet application. Seniors only pay a $299.00 security deposit. LEASE TERMS Twelve month lease terms are available for new and current tenants (if eligible).
