Outside energized parking is $50 per month per stall
Outside covered parking is $55 per month per stall
Underground parking is $65 per month for a small stall
Underground parking is $70 per month for a large stall

Carlton Tower is a non-pet building.

Seniors only pay $ 299.00 security deposit.
