Suites include a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and air conditioner. Upper level suites also have a balcony.

Some suites have a spacious living room with a decorative electric fireplace. Some suites also feature a built-in entertainment centre above the fireplace.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Chancellor Gate has onsite laundry facilities located on the main floor of each building, and a security entrance with an intercom.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
Chancellor Gate is located in an attractive residential area in southwest Saskatoon. There is quick access to Circle Drive; nearby are schools, shopping, churches, and recreation facilities.

The building is located across the street from an elementary school and H. S. Sears Park.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Rent includes heat, water, and one energized parking stall. Tenants are responsible for power.

Extra outside energized parking is available for $30/month.

Cats only are permitted with a $ 249 non-refundable pet fee (per pet) pending approval of pet application.

Seniors only pay $ 299.00 security deposit

LEASE TERMS
Twelve month lease terms are available to new and current tenants (if eligible).
