Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies and plans
- Accountable for providing constant support to site teams and select market segment
- Work closely with other regional marketing team members to ensure overall marketing and advertising coverage for the region
- Execute marketing and advertising initiatives and campaigns in a timely manner, within budget
- Work closely with digital marketing team to assess best demand generation strategies
- Review and report on effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns to leadership and operations team
- Support operational staff by providing marketing expertise, recommendations and updating regularly on marketing progress
- Work directly with the Capital Design Team on 2022 signage plans for renovated properties
- Responsible for sign audits and quality control of brand at the sites
- Manage the sign process, including vendor quotes, install and completion for all interior, exterior, building sigs and site signage
- Assist in the collaboration and execution of regional community engagement strategies
- Assist in the creation of social media content for regional specific initiatives
- Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, event management, social media, digital marketing, and project management
- Previous industry experience is an asset but not required
Technical Requirements:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent creative writing and editing skills
