Junior Marketing Coordinator Full Time

Edmonton, Alberta

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing regional marketing strategies and plans
  • Accountable for providing constant support to site teams and select market segment
  • Work closely with other regional marketing team members to ensure overall marketing and advertising coverage for the region
  • Execute marketing and advertising initiatives and campaigns in a timely manner, within budget
  • Work closely with digital marketing team to assess best demand generation strategies
  • Review and report on effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns to leadership and operations team
  • Support operational staff by providing marketing expertise, recommendations and updating regularly on marketing progress
  • Work directly with the Capital Design Team on 2022 signage plans for renovated properties
  • Responsible for sign audits and quality control of brand at the sites
  • Manage the sign process, including vendor quotes, install and completion for all interior, exterior, building sigs and site signage
  • Assist in the collaboration and execution of regional community engagement strategies
  • Assist in the creation of social media content for regional specific initiatives
  • Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, event management, social media, digital marketing, and project management
  • Previous industry experience is an asset but not required

Technical Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent creative writing and editing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and comfortable with public speaking
