We recognize that affordability is critical to the long-term health and vitality of our communities. With every decision we make, we strive to ensure that more Resident Members can access safe, comfortable homes they’re proud to call their own.

Our Places

We are committed to building and maintaining communities that support both people and the planet. In 2025, we continued advancing our focus on energy efficiency, responsible resource management, and sustainable development through investments that help create more resilient communities for the future.

  • 20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions since 2019, surpassing our original reduction target and reinforcing the impact of our long-term sustainability efforts. 

  •  7.6% reduction in water use intensity since 2019, supported by conservation technologies, infrastructure improvements, and responsible resource management practices. 

  • Completed our first solar PV installation at Aspen Court in Edmonton, generating approximately 100,400 kWh of renewable electricity annually. 

We remain focused on creating communities that not only meet today’s needs, but help build a more sustainable rental housing future.

  • Associate Engagement, Rewards, and Recognition: Our Bravo Program, Awards of Excellence, and Years of Service milestones celebrate outstanding contributions. Associate feedback, gathered through our aNPS, continues to shape how we grow together.

We integrate ESG considerations throughout our business, from procurement and investment decisions to risk management and stakeholder engagement. In 2025, we continued strengthening our governance practices through enhanced cybersecurity initiatives, responsible AI governance, ongoing Associate education, and the continued integration of ESG considerations into business planning and decision-making.

By aligning our actions with our values and long-term sustainability priorities, we remain focused on building a resilient organization and delivering lasting value for our communities and stakeholders.
