20% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions since 2019, surpassing our original reduction target and reinforcing the impact of our long-term sustainability efforts.

- Completed our first solar PV installation at Aspen Court in Edmonton, generating approximately 100,400 kWh of renewable electricity annually.

In 2025, we continued strengthening our governance practices through enhanced cybersecurity initiatives, responsible AI governance, ongoing Associate education, and the continued integration of ESG considerations into business planning and decision-making.
